I nearly choked on my salt and vinegar this week when I saw the headline ‘Heather Mills Fumes Over Walkers Crisps’.

What could have so upset the nation’s favourite monoped that she was moved to fume over a potato-based snack?

“Is it because they’re for walkers and she’s only got one leg?” asked Loaded’s Ginger Chris. It seems not.

“Most disappointed,” began Ms Mills crisp-related rant on her Twitter. “as Walkers salt and vinegar crisps have now added dried milk as an ingredient, yet they want to reduce their carbon footprint.”

Just because she’s concerned about lessening her footprint, carbon or otherwise, it does not give Millsy the right to spoil our crisp consumption.
