Brilliant, scary FPS

It's already been on X360 and PC, but if you haven't had the F.E.A.R. before, it's well worth a punt on the PS3, and could well be the best FPS yet on Sony's new beast. The game takes place primarily in a massive office complex where a spooky little girl with properly scary powers makes your life a nightmare as you attempt to engage genetically-modified enemy troops. Luckily, you're GM yourself, and have the ability, among other things to slow time down to bullet-time to take out enemies in breathtaking and hyper-realistic gunfights. Sometimes there's so much smoke and dust flying around you can't see your enemies properly and have to just unload your clip into the cloud of muck and hope for the best. On the downside, there's a lot of wandering round a fairly drab office block (reminds us too much of Loaded Towers) looking for a fight. But massively on the plus side, the online multiplayer is superb and there's minigames and other stuff to keep you happy.
